With this document, pursuant to articles. 13 and 122 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”), and pursuant to the provisions of the General measure of the Data Protection Commissioner of 8 May 2014, Davide Crippa, data controller, gives users of the site www.ghigos.com some information related to the processing of their personal data and cookies used by the site.

Mailchimp is a management service addresses and sending email messages provided by Mailchimp Inc.

Google Analytics – Statistics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses Personal Information collected for the purpose of evaluating the use of this application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google. This site allows the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and are used to keep track of User behaviour.
The pattern of anonymous use does not allow Google to use the Personal Information to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Processing methods

The Holder is the Personal Information Users’ taking all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or unauthorised destruction of the Personal Information.
